iVolunteer is an application designed to allow Traveling Overseers manage circuit lists more easily.
Using a simple CSV or Excel Spreadsheet, you can have bodies of elders complete a worksheet of data related to each body and then import it into this single system. Once imported, you can take care of your District Convention recommendations via the "Assembly Notes" field, your Special Committee recommendations via the "Committee Notes" and also maintain an up to date Assembly Organization Roster. As an added feature, the Assembly Organization can be broken out into multiple sections and each roster is maintained independently.
Using the print function you can easily select from the four most common lists that you will be called upon to provide including District Convention department overseer recommendations, Circuit Assembly Department Organization Roster, Circuit Roster and Special Committee recommendations.
